The room was extremely comfortable and clean, providing me with a peaceful night's sleep. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was within walking distance to the famous Souq Wakif and offered stunning views of the city's skyline. Friendly helpful staff, value for money, clean, english freely spoken, luxuries at a budget price, very close to excellent Souk Market place, an abundance of nite-time restaurants, uniformed security always present outside, low cost airport transfers, buffet breakfast, shoe buffing machine, whenever asked nothing was too much trouble, I look forward to stopping there again, in future years this hotel will be very close to a proposed underground railway system for easy access to City, at present within walking distance to Bus Station.
Poor TV reception which they attempted to fix, but I think there was a fault with the Dish.

The location of this hotel was perfect for exploring the city, as it was centrally located in an old area near the center. It was within walking distance of many of the main attractions, such as the Souq and the Ocean Front. The staff was pleasant and welcoming, always ready to assist with any requests. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable.
Hard to think of anything.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They always had a smile on their faces and were quick to assist with any requests or questions I had. The room was also quite comfortable, with a cozy bed and all the necessary amenities. the hotel's location was a major advantage. It was conveniently situated within walking distance of several popular tourist attractions, allowing me to explore the city easily.
There were a few things that I did not enjoy about my stay. the wifi was extremely unreliable and kept cutting off repeatedly, which was quite frustrating.

Despite the cleanliness issues, the hotel had a great location, being near to the center of the city and close to attractions such as the Souq of Qatar and the Ocean Front. some guests were upgraded to bigger rooms upon arrival, and the breakfast, although simple, was satisfactory.
The hotel had some issues with cleanliness, with one guest finding hairs in the sheets and another encountering bugs on the bed.

It was cheap
No internet at all in the lobby, cafe or restaurants and only lan (which was slow) in the rooms. Poor food selection and located in a very busy area.

The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food and the staff were attentive. the hotel was located in the city center with easy access to multiple shopping centers and restaurants. the room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a great view of the city.
The hotel lacked proper cleanliness. Our bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned and the towels had a musty odor.

Very customer friendly, when I didn't like a meal, they offered me free buffet, good internet, cable and wireless, good breakfast, large room and comfy bed.
Their version of curry includes the bones which results in little meat.
